Short version: you buy a PDF, you get it immediately, you may use it yourself, and you may not resell or republish it. The rest is detail.
1. Who you are contracting with
These terms apply to every purchase on wz-vault.com, sold by WZ, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under 42042521. Contact: aiservice649@gmail.com.
2. What you are buying
Digital products: PDFs, prompt packs, templates and similar files. Page counts and contents are described on each product page. Products are delivered as a download, immediately after payment.
Worked examples and figures in the material are illustrations of arithmetic, not a promise of income. Nothing sold here is financial, legal or tax advice.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in euros and include VAT. Payment is handled by Stripe; card details never reach this site. The purchase is complete when Stripe confirms the payment.
4. Delivery
The download appears on the confirmation page straight after payment, and the same links are emailed to the address you paid with. Lost them? Use the library page and they are sent again.
5. What you may do with it
- Read it, print it, use it in your own business — including commercially.
- Use the templates and prompts inside your own work and with your own clients.
What you may not do: resell, republish, share the files publicly, or use the contents to create a competing product for sale. One purchase is for one person or one business.
6. Availability and changes
Products are updated. You keep access to the edition you bought and to its updates. Prices, contents and the product range may change; what applied at the moment of your purchase is what applies to you.
7. Liability
The material is provided as it is. I take responsibility for the file being what it says it is. I cannot take responsibility for results you do or do not get from acting on it, because that depends on your market, your work and circumstances neither of us controls. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory Dutch or EU consumer law.
8. Law and disputes
Dutch law applies. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country. Problems are best solved by email first; the European ODR platform is available if that fails.
