Digital files are delivered immediately. At checkout you agree to that, and that agreement ends the 14-day withdrawal period. Here is exactly how that works, and what I do anyway when something is wrong.
The 14-day withdrawal right
Consumers in the EU normally have fourteen days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, that right ends as soon as delivery starts — provided you expressly asked for immediate delivery and acknowledged losing the right.
That is the checkbox at checkout: "Yes — give me the files now, I waive the 14-day withdrawal period." You cannot complete a purchase without it, because the file is available the second the payment succeeds.
What I do when something is wrong
The formal position above is not a wall. If any of this happens, email aiservice649@gmail.com and it gets sorted:
- The file will not open, is corrupted, or is not the product described.
- You were charged twice, or charged for something you did not buy.
- You bought a single playbook and then the Vault within thirty days — the price of the single book comes off, so you never pay for the same thing twice.
I would rather refund someone who is disappointed than argue about it. What I will not do is refund a product that was read in full and worked exactly as described.
How a refund is paid
Back to the payment method you used, through Stripe, usually within a few working days. You keep nothing to return — the files stay on your device, and the download links stop working.
Complaints
Email first. If we cannot resolve it, EU consumers can use the European ODR platform, and you keep every right you have under the mandatory consumer law of your own country.
