How this site earns
- Affiliate commissions. If you sign up for a tool through a link here, I may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Those links are marked, and the disclosure sits at the bottom of every page.
- Product sales. The playbooks and packs, sold directly on this site.
- Nothing else. No sponsored placements, no paid reviews, no advertising, and no company has ever paid to appear on the list.
The policy, in writing
What I hold myself to
The commission never decides the recommendation or the ranking. I say so when I have not used something. If a tool gets worse, it comes off the list regardless of what it pays. Every figure is either labelled as a worked example or has its source named next to it.
You can check that rather than take my word for it: roughly half the tools on the list pay nothing, including the four I use every day — Claude, Claude Code, Vercel and Supabase. The comparison of coding agents recommends three tools that pay me zero.
How the list is maintained
Prices and tools get reviewed twice a year, and sooner when something obvious changes. Every page carries the date it was last checked, which is the honest version of "updated for 2026". Dead links get fixed or removed; tools I have stopped using come off, because that is the part people skip and it is the part that matters.
What this is not
I am not a security researcher, a lawyer or an accountant. Where those subjects come up — and they do, because they are where small businesses get hurt — I quote people who are, name the source, and tell you to check with a professional before acting. Nothing here is financial, legal or tax advice, and no income is guaranteed by anything I sell.
