The short version: I keep as little as possible, I do not sell anything to anyone, and the payment data never touches this site.
What is collected
- When you buy: your email address, your name if you enter it, your country for VAT, and the payment itself. All of that lives at Stripe, which processes the payment as an independent controller for its own legal obligations. I can see the order and the email address; I never see card details.
- When you visit: aggregate page statistics through Vercel Analytics — no cookies that identify you, no cross-site tracking.
- When you click an affiliate link: a short tag travels with the click so the programme can attribute it. The tag says which page and which channel sent you, not who you are.
Why
To deliver what you paid for, to send you your files again when you ask, to meet tax and accounting obligations, and to see which pages are worth writing more of.
How long
Order records are kept for seven years because Dutch tax law requires it. Analytics are aggregate and not tied to a person.
Who processes it
- Stripe — payments, invoices and VAT.
- Resend — the email with your download links.
- Vercel — hosting and aggregate analytics.
Your rights
You can ask what is held about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted where the law does not require me to keep it. Email aiservice649@gmail.com and you get an answer within a working day. You can also complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
