The short version: I keep as little as possible, I do not sell anything to anyone, and the payment data never touches this site.
What is collected
- When you buy: your email address, your name if you enter it, your country for VAT, and the payment itself. All of that lives at Stripe, which processes the payment as an independent controller for its own legal obligations. I can see the order and the email address; I never see card details.
- After you buy: the files by email, and two short follow-up emails about getting the most out of them. Reply “stop” to either one and there is nothing after it.
- When you ask for the free book: your email address, kept on a mailing list at Resend. You get the PDF, then three short emails on where to start, and after that only a note when a playbook is revised. Reply “stop” to any of them, or email me, and you are off the list.
- When you visit: aggregate page statistics through Vercel Analytics — no cookies that identify you, no cross-site tracking.
- When you click an affiliate link: a short tag travels with the click so the programme can attribute it. The tag says which page and which channel sent you, not who you are.
Why
To deliver what you paid for, to send you your files again when you ask, to meet tax and accounting obligations, and to see which pages are worth writing more of. The legal basis: the contract for anything you buy, your consent for the free book and its emails (which you can withdraw at any time), the law for tax records, and a legitimate interest for aggregate statistics.
How long
Order records are kept for seven years because Dutch tax law requires it. A mailing-list address is kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics are aggregate and not tied to a person.
Who processes it
- Stripe — payments, invoices and VAT.
- Resend — the email with your download links, the free book and the mailing list.
- Vercel — hosting and aggregate analytics.
Your rights
You can ask what is held about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted where the law does not require me to keep it. Email aiservice649@gmail.com and you get an answer within a working day. You can also complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
